As President of the CRDOP, I would like to welcome you on my behalf and on behalf of all the members of the Council to our website. In it we do not settle for a mere face-to-face activity; On the contrary: we want it to be a permanent instrument of contact with our customers and collaborators, along with the other channels we have available for this important purpose.

Our objective is to maintain and enhance the image of the Protected Designation of Origin of the Vinalopó bagged Grape as a dynamic, modern entity with a solid base of action, which ensures the future of all the farmers and merchants that make it up and of course, your covered territory.

The Regulatory council of the Protected Designation of Origin (CRDOP) Vinalopó bagged Grape is a corporation of public law, which has its own legal personality, being some of its control activities supervised by the Ministry of Agriculture, Environment, Climate Change and Rural Development of the Valencian Community. Geographically, the DOP Vinalopó bagged includes the municipal terms of: Agost. Aspe, Hondón de los Frailes, Hondón de las Nieves, Monforte del Cid, Novelda and La Romana, all located in the region of Medio Vinalopó, belonging to the province of Alicante

For the correct development of its functions, the council has a Regulation, a Statement of Conditions and a Quality Manual that includes the main operating rules and all the characteristics and standards that the grape must meet and meet to be considered within of the Denomination of Origin, as well as its conditions of production, handling, selection, packaging and labeling.

The main mission of the CRDOP Vinalopó bagged grape is to apply the precepts of the Regulation, Specifications and Quality Manual, which define all its powers, as well as ensure especially the promotion of the product covered. The current composition of the Regulatory Council is that reached after the last elections, held on March 26, 2015.
